The Northern Territory is renowned for its warm weather. There are two seasons in a year, the wet season (November – April) and the dry season (May – October).
To ensure your comfort when bushwalking and sightseeing, we recommend the following items:
- Wide-brimmed hat
- 50+ sunscreen
- Preferably closed-toe shoes or sandals
- Insect repellant
To ensure your maximum comfort while fishing in the Northern Territory, we recommend the following items:
- Long-sleeved shirt and pants, preferably UV rated
- Wide-brimmed hat
- 50+ sunscreen
- Sunglasses, preferably polarized
- Neck scarf
- Preferably closed-toe shoes or sandals
- Insect repellant
- Light jacket (usually only necessary for dry season fishing and early mornings)
